01 // The Structure

MIDDLE 1

MIDDLE 2

END

A breakdown of the core structure that the spots in our campaign utilize: a memorable and instantly recognizable TV spot framework and marketing motif for Zarzaur Law that can be used time and again, on virtually any platform.

BEGINNING

The Normal Pace of Life, Before Tragedy

Whether it’s a couple riding in a car, a woman crossing the street, or a child trying a snack, all spots begin with 5 to 10 seconds of a normal or relatively unremarkable moment in the lives of the character on screen.

The Moment Life Changed

In a split second, the life of the character on screen changes, forever impacted by the reckless nature of a drunk driver, the carelessness of a maintenance crew, the negligence of a corporation, or any one of a seemingly endless array of possible tragic outcomes. The screen cuts to black.

The Zarzaur Catchphrase

A second after the screen turns black, the new, powerful, Zarzaur Law catchphrase fades into view: “Your Life Can Change in an Instant.
Joe Zarzaur Makes Sure You Get it Back,” encapsulating in just two, brief sentences the life-changing benefit that hiring Zarzaur Law can have on personal injury victims.

The Closing Argument

After a few seconds on screen, the Zarzaur catchphrase fades out, and a single, long shot of Joe Zarzaur appears where he directs himself to the camera, summarizing in 10 seconds and just a few lines why Zarzaur Law is in a league of its own in personal injury law. We then cut to the end title card with the firm’s contact info and the hashtag #alwaysgowithjoe.

02// The Themes

A summary of the unique narrative elements that the spots in our campaign employ in order to more effectively deliver Zarzaur Law marketing objectives.

Single Shot Suspense

Each campaign spot will utilize one, long shot that slowly dollies in until the moment of tragedy, slowly building unease in audiences with a tense pacing and lack of video editing that is unconventional in 30 second TV spots, garnering them a heightened level of memorability in viewers.

Impact Through Contrast

Every one of the spots in our campaign will utilize a choice of cinematography and sound design that furthers emotional contrast, from pale images before the tragic moment, to warm ones when Joe Zarzaur is on screen; to ambient sounds before tragedy, to inspiring music when Joe appears, emphasizing and therefore psychologically engraining the life-changing impact that Zarzaur Law can produce for personal injury victims.
